I had a burst pipe at 4am in the morning and while my insurance was messing me around Royal Flow helped me jump all the hurdles and got the job done the same day.

Without Royal Flow I would still be without water so I would recommend this company to anyone.

Royal Flow was appointed my insurance for a geyser claim. Their response was immediate. Their team came through and did the assessment within an hour. And although the geyser was still under warranty, and their team could not replace it, they quickly isolated it, so I still had cold water. Going above and beyond!

Owner's reply
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for trusting Royal Flow Unlimited with your insurance geyser claim. We’re pleased to hear that our team could respond quickly and assist promptly with the assessment. Even though the geyser replacement fell under the manufacturer’s warranty, we’re glad we could still help by isolating the unit and ensuring you continued to have access to water in the meantime. We truly appreciate your support and your kind words about our service. Kind regards Team | Royal Flow Unlimited
